Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.
Create pop up alert
Pop up or other way to alert to caregiver or client concerns such as allergy alerts, dog bolting out door, etc.
Search box in Compatibility
Please add a search box on the compatibility page, so I can more easily find the caregiver to match with the client
Option to hide schedules from client portal until a caregiver is assigned
I don't want my clients to see the scheduled shift on their client portal calendar until after I have assigned a caregiver to it.
Add CS360 to Amazon devices
Is CS available on Amazon devices? I’m thinking specifically of the Amazon Show. It looks like a great device for Seniors to have in the home and it might be nice to have the Family Portal accessible there. Even voice activated!!
Thank you for submitting your software enhancement request. After careful consideration and analysis, our team has determined that the ask you have made is not feasible at this time.
We appreciate your interest in improving our software and your willingness to share your ideas with us. We take all enhancement requests seriously and strive to deliver the best possible user experience. However, we believe that the feature you suggested is not necessary as there are existing workflows in our software that can achieve the same outcome.
We encourage you to explore the current workflows and take advantage of the functionality already available in the software. Our team is also available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding the current workflows.
Thank you again for your valuable input and for being a part of our community. We look forward to hearing from you in the future.
How names are presented in the system
Add the ability to decide if names in the system are presented as LastName, FirstName or FirstName, Lastname
Keep schedule parameters when extending a recurring schedule
Currently, when I push out a recurring schedule to extend it for another month, the system sets the original schedule details (times and caregiver) for the new schedules. I would like to it use the information from the schedule I opened to access the recurrence.
The work flow should be: I open the last schedule in the recurrence, I extend the end date, and the schedule, as it was on that date, gets duplicated moving forward.
Caregivers can see all of a client’s authorized service types, even those they are not assigned to
I’d like to request an enhancement to how service types are controlled in the Caregiver Portal.
Current Issues
- Caregivers can see all of a client’s authorized service types, even those they are not assigned to. This causes confusion and incorrect service selection.
- If a caregiver selects the wrong service type, the agency has no way to correct it, creating EVV, billing, and payroll errors.
Root Cause Service visibility is tied to the client’s authorized services instead of the caregiver’s assigned service type.
Requested Enhancement Extend the existing caregiver‑specific service assignment logic (already used in the Caregiver Pay Rate module) to Client Preferences by adding a “Service Assignment per Caregiver” control. This would allow agencies to:
- Assign the exact service types each caregiver is authorized for
- Restrict portal visibility to only those services
- Prevent clock‑ins to unassigned services
- Reduce compliance risks and manual corrections
This change would significantly improve accuracy and streamline operations.
Thank you for considering this request. I’m happy to provide examples or clarification.
holiday pay linked from CS to QuickBooks
In CS you can link pay rates to Quickbooks, however you cannot link that for hoilday pay. So for example Weekend Standard Pay Rate is our code in Quickbooks. On a Holiday we bill 1.5x of the Standard rate.
In Quickbooks we have to manually change all rates to "Weekend Holiday Pay Rate" - we would like to link these codes for holiday 1.5x bill rate.
when we cancel a shift but want to pay the caregiver without it going towards hours
We pay our caregivers for shifts if our clients cancel and it was committed to the caregiver. However since they didn't technically actually work the hours we do not want it counted towards their week of work (they could run into OT). Our previous software allowed us to do this, but CS counts it towards hours.
Suggest a system enhancement
Hello Team,
I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out to suggest a system enhancement related to how service types are displayed and controlled for caregivers within the Caregiver Portal.
We have identified two issues that are creating operational and compliance challenges:
- When a client has multiple authorized service types and different caregivers are assigned to each service, caregivers currently see all service types in the Caregiver Portal, even those they are not assigned to. This leads to confusion and increases the risk of incorrect service selection.
- If a caregiver accidentally selects a service type they are not entitled to, the agency has no way to correct or override the service type on the visit. This creates EVV, billing, and payroll inaccuracies and requires manual cleanup.
The root cause appears to be that service visibility is tied to the client's authorized services rather than the caregiver's assigned service type.
Suggested Solution: The system already supports caregiver-specific service assignment in the Caregiver Pay Rate module, where we can assign a caregiver to a specific service type. We recommend extending this same logic to the Client Preferences section.
Specifically, adding a "Service Assignment per Caregiver" control under Client Preferences would allow agencies to:
- Assign the exact service types each caregiver is authorized to perform for that client
- Restrict the Caregiver Portal to show only those assigned service types
- Prevent caregivers from clocking into unassigned services
- Ensure EVV, billing, and payroll accuracy
- Reduce manual corrections and compliance risks
This enhancement would significantly improve accuracy, reduce administrative workload, and provide a cleaner experience for caregivers.
Thank you for reviewing this request. Please let me know if you need additional examples, screenshots, or clarification.
Best regards, Yohannes
