Please update the clock out option to be given to the employee right after completing all the task for the day. Currently the employee has to know to go back to the main menu and press #2 again to clock out successfully. Not the best experience. I think the system should ask right away after the employee is done completing the task if they would like to clock out. 

Would it be possible to have a common Bulletin Board in the Caregiver portal.   A place where you could post documents you want all staff to see.  Like Health Safety issues.  Minutes from a Health and Safety meeting,  Company wide announcements.   Changes or updates to government regulations.   Like a HR bulletin board. Does this exist? 

i want to add medication dose as in 20mg, 2 tablets twice a day.  i can only enter this in the notes. under dose/frequency it only gives the options to select bedtime, morning, noon, evening.  it will not allow you to put Milligrams or number of tablets

Allow the system to alert the scheduler if they're scheduling 2 caregivers for the same shift. Although we sometimes might need 2 people at the same shift, it could also be double-scheduled by mistake, and it'd be nice to have a warning. Thanks!

I accidentally deleted several shifts in bulk delete for the wrong month. It deleted already clocked in shifts. I lost a whole week of shifts. It was meant for the next month. Please create a way to undo deleted shifts even if it gives us only like 30 minutes to do so. 

It would be beneficial when caregivers upload/update their compliance documents (Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, etc.) that HR or Client Coordinator gets an email that the documents have been updated.

Smartcare software has a great point system where clients can achieve gift cards etc. Wondering if that is something you all will be looking into for the future?

After caregivers complete their charts, during chart reviews, if we find out that relevant information is not there or they have not charted anything, the agency needs to have the ability to reopen their charts and have them updated it. I had a lengthy conversation with our account person about it. Our previous systems allowed us to do it. The EVV times are locked. So there should not be any issues with just letting them update the tasks when they are not completed. If this would take a while or cannot be done, at least there needs to be an option to add more notes to the specific visit by the caregiver so they can add any missing information or chart based on the compliance requirements.
