Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.
Access to documents via agency app
It would be nice to access uploaded documents in the agency app for all admin users. Ease of use while in the field.
Enhancement Request: Revenue Projection Report
What is the viability that a revenue projections report could be generated by CareSmartz? This report will simply estimate future revenue, track time periods with revenue streams, compile historical data and track expenses. Also, could you remove some of these reports, and describe the information. If you have a type of projection report available under a different name, please identify.

add mailing address selection box
We frequently work with clients who receive mail at an address different from where care is provided. Currently, the client profile only allows for a single primary address, which has caused some challenges with routing important documents accurately.
Would it be possible to add a mailing address selection box on the client’s main page—ideally within the Address section—that allows us to designate:
- A primary (care) address, and
- A mailing-only address
Having the ability to select which address is used for mailings versus care location would be extremely helpful for our team and reduce the chance of errors.
Request to delete incomplete assessment
I was not able to include the tasks in the assessment of a client. Now I cannot delete the incomplete assessment and have to start back over. I am requesting for a "Delete" button instead of having to start all over.
Add alternating weeks as a feature for scheduling.
We have a client that requires alternating schedules with different times every 2 weeks. We are not able to publish this in the mast schedule since it is not a bi-weekly schedule. Having to adjust this schedule on a monthly basis can be an inconvenience.
Calendar Height
create an option to condense the schedule calendar so that the entire day/week is viewable. (Do NOT expand the height of the calendar when the shifts are longer)
CS app clock in and out
it would be wonderful if CS app automatically create a popup msg to clock in and out when caregiver is at the client's house near clock in and out time.
Chart, trend and print Vitals
It would be great if there was a specific area where we could chart, trend and print vitals. While we can incude in notes etc. It would be ideal if they could be logged in a specific area so they can be viewed and printed as needed. This would be especially helpful when client needs ems or hospital admission.
Option to hide pay rate in scheduling from specific users
Most employees need to access the scheduling module. Only two should be able to see the pay rates involved. Human Resources Rep and Finance Rep. It would be helpful to be able to limit employee payrates from specific users.
