Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.
Calendar Height
create an option to condense the schedule calendar so that the entire day/week is viewable. (Do NOT expand the height of the calendar when the shifts are longer)
CS app clock in and out
it would be wonderful if CS app automatically create a popup msg to clock in and out when caregiver is at the client's house near clock in and out time.
Chart, trend and print Vitals
It would be great if there was a specific area where we could chart, trend and print vitals. While we can incude in notes etc. It would be ideal if they could be logged in a specific area so they can be viewed and printed as needed. This would be especially helpful when client needs ems or hospital admission.
Option to hide pay rate in scheduling from specific users
Most employees need to access the scheduling module. Only two should be able to see the pay rates involved. Human Resources Rep and Finance Rep. It would be helpful to be able to limit employee payrates from specific users.
combing meeting schedule
It would be fantastic to have meetings and client schedule combined and or option to layer for certain roles vs having to select each one.

creating a checklist for new hires
It would be great to be able to create a repeatable task-list under tasks (a default one) for new hires. This would allow you to have a pre-built checklist with assignment each time you have a new hire candidate. Rather than manually recreate the list as a Google doc and/or have to manually recreate each task in tasks.
Change the name and icon of the apps
Change the name of the app to CS360+ (for employees) and brand the management app to CS360 One or some other naming convention. It's be nice if you changed the icon slightly too, either with a + icon or color code it differently.
The full name doesn't even display and I have to click on both to see which is which.

Create the ability to order the statuses for prospective employees
The purpose of having statuses is to progress employees along those statuses, with the ability to order those steps - the "status" is irrelevant and essentially random so useless. It's not a status, but just a tag.
For Caregiver selection allow users to select only certain Caregiver roles (for scheduling)

Under Caregivers rather than selecting all or individual caregivers we've created different caregivers roles. I'd like to be able to select from that group under the role or at least group them under their roles rather than have to go through and individually select each individual by their name.
Examples:
caregiver
- Testing, Marcus
PRN
- Testing, Sarah
- TestPRN, Marcus
Currently to get those two I have to select them individually not just by their role type.
