provide the ability for caregivers to access archived documents. We have a lot of documents from years past, and we can't manually upload them all to CareSmartz. How can we provide our caregivers with access to their old documents?

When we enter a reason for a shift cancellation, we would like that reason to automatically show in the Comunication tab as well.
