can we add a widget that allows up to see potential clients/ caregiver application that come in? It would be great to see those as a reminder on the front dashboard.

I use the Time Tracking feature(Scheduling -> Time Tracking -> Views) to audit weekly schedules for errors before generating invoices. Because there are 7 to 15+ entries per client, I have to review each client individually to ensure accuracy.

The current process for switching between clients is repetitive and slow.

1.I must manually deselect the current client checkbox.

2. I must then find and select the next client checkbox.

3. Because the client list is long and contained within a small scrollable window, I am forced to scroll within that specific container every time I reach the bottom of the visible list to find the next name.

Suggestion: I am suggesting the addition of a Next and Previous button or navigation feature. This would allow me to cycle through the client list automatically. Pressing a button should move the view to the next client without requiring me to manually toggle the checkboxes or scroll through the selection window.

I suggest that I want to be able to create a classification for example quarte supervisory visit, continues education ..etc that the system will track and remind/keep me updated based/following client starting admission date

create repository for caregivers and for clients. For caregiver to access HR clients that MUST be aval for all caregivers at all times. Per the state of CA for cample, for clients to access next week activities.

In the Admin/Agency phone app, there's no way for a supervisor to create an OPEN shift when a caregiver cancels. I would recommend that an option be added that when a shift is cancelled, a pop up appears asking if you want to create an open shift with the same parameters. This option happens on the desktop version, so it would make sense to offer it on the phone app as well, especially since majority of supervisors are out in the field and not always at their desktop.

We should be able to see what caregivers have successfully downloaded and installed the CareSmartz app

It would be helpful to include goal data directly within the Care History to give a comprehensive picture of the entire session if we just need a snapshot of 1 visit
