Feature Request – Generate Invoices Directly from the Scheduling Calendar

Hello CareSmartz360 Support,

I would like to submit a feature request for the ability to generate invoices directly from the Scheduling Calendar view.

Having this option would streamline our billing workflow by allowing us to generate invoices directly from the calendar without navigating through the multiple steps currently required to generate invoices in bulk.

Ideally, this feature would allow agencies to generate an invoice for one specific client or one individual approved shift directly from the Scheduling Calendar. This would be especially helpful when an agency needs to bill for a single service or approved shift without having to complete the entire bulk invoicing process.

Implementing this feature would reduce unnecessary steps, improve billing efficiency, and provide greater flexibility when handling individual billing needs, corrections, or services that are ready to be invoiced outside the regular bulk billing workflow.

Please consider this enhancement for a future update. I believe it would be a valuable time-saving feature for agencies managing a high volume of clients and scheduled services.
