Option to Hide Expense Notes from Client Invoices

We would like the ability to keep Expense Notes visible internally while preventing them from appearing on client-facing invoices.

Expense Notes can contain internal operational information that is useful for agency staff but may be unnecessary or confusing for clients when printed on the invoice.

CareSmartz360 already provides an option to include or exclude Care Notes from invoices. We would like a similar setting for Expense Notes, such as:

Include Expense Notes on Invoice: Yes / No

This would allow agencies to retain important internal expense documentation while keeping client invoices clean and professional.
