You can add "Summary Notes" on the main tab of the client profile.  Caregivers will be able to see an icon right from the mobile app dashboard that indicates an important note.

We will not be adding a feature for your caregivers to access documents that are not uploaded in the CS360 portal, but we have implemented the ability to share documents that you do upload.
