Jennifer, Have you tried to export to CSV instead of Excel? It won't solve all of your problems, but it will alleviate the "merged cells" issue.
Service type is a column on the Missed clock in and Missed Clock out pages. We will consider adding it to the Open Shifts view as well as adding the Meeting Type to that page.
Can you please help clarify the difference between "missing" and "missed"? What information do you want to see that you don't?
Currently, we DO offer the option to turn this ON per client. You can leave the box unchecked in the office settings, and then check it for all clients who you do want to sign off.
You can move the "pin" in the client profile to where it needs to be if you know that the caregiver is, in fact, at the client's address, and the GPS is not recognizing it. The location set by Google maps might be the mailbox at the end of a long driveway or accross the street, or it might be the entrance to a care community. You can move the pin to where the home actually is to help facilitate the clock in/out.
