all caregiver notes are visible on the agency user dash board.  you can set the notification for injury report in office settings>notifications

Office staff can manually enter the clock in/out times for caregivers who are not able to do so themselves.  You can also set up office staff with "meetings" that will allow them to record their time and allow you to process their payroll.

are you referring to the COVID pre-screening?  

Caregivers can log a break from the mobile app or their browser portal.

This is something you can select in the Office Settings>Main tab
