Are you using Chrome as your browser?  The number pad is working for me when I add schedule dates and birthdates as well as in report filters.  If you are using Chrome, can we schedule a meeting, so you can share your screen, and we can try to determine where the problem lies?

Thank you for your suggestion. We continue to review all enhancement requests regularly, and we will update the status of this one as we review it, evaluate it for its value to all our clients and then determine the timeline for implementation if we move forward with it.

We are planning a report that will include all personal data for caregivers. If you want to add "work-related" data, you can create that report and then copy the data from one report to another to have it all in one.

Rhonda, can you share a little more about where the change in the patient's condition would be recorded?  

We are looking to build a report that has all the basic caregiver personal data in it.  You could then create the HR report with the hire dates and copy those dates into the caregiver report.

Thank you for you suggestion.  Our enhancement roadmap is full for the next few months.  Would it work for you to just enter your agency address until such a time as we are able to implement this change?
