Christina,

Thank you for this suggestion.  We will take it under advisement.

The Geo-location aspect of the software is designed to be compliant with EVV requirements. The injury report feature is not part of those criteria. You can address the issue you are experiencing by providing more caregiver training around proper clock-out workflow, resetting expectations around the policy, perhaps in conjunction with performance improvement coaching, including disciplinary action if needs be.

Thank you, Mark for this suggestion.  We will take it under advisement

Eugene,

The purpose of the client signature is to verify that the service took place.  If the client signs once a week, on Monday, you would have verification of service for a week.  If the caregiver was a no-show for the rest of the week, any agency could claim the shifts were worked and collect the Medicaid reimbursement.

If the application only requires signature at the end of the week, the caregiver might plan to collect on Friday, but then the client cancels the shift on Friday, and you have no client signature for the week.

Eva, Can you please give us a little more detail about you are requesting?

Tomeka,

Good news! We have received this request in the past, and it is already part of our roadmap for a future enhancement.  In the meantime, you can just enter your office address to allow you to move forward with setting up your prospect

Peter, Regarding #3, this is the report from the development team:

Here is how the implementation goes:

  1. User implemented the filters, lets say 10 caregivers.
  2. System showed data of 10 caregivers.
  3. Lets say user selected the all schedules of 5 caregivers and drafted the batch.
  4. Now schedules of those 5 caregivers are now tied to the current batch but rest 5 are open to be searched in any other batch if they are eligible to show as per filters.
  5. Lets say, we develop the feature, it would be difficult for us to save data as per filters if user selects random day schedules of random caregivers and draft them in a payroll batch.

Peter,

That's a great idea, and it's very timely.  We are undertaking a big project to update/overhaul our help center, including adding some other categories, so this fits right in.  Thanks for the suggestion.

In the office settings, you can select how much time you want to give caregivers.  You could set it for 8 hours before and after the shift start, which would allow for schedule changes without allowing clock in/out on the wrong day.  Then, just check the box to prevent clocking in/out outside that 8 hour threshold.
