Christina, The time tracking view shows any schedules that are within the time threshold. Some are yellow if they are still within threshold; others are red if they are past threshold. I could sugggest to our development team that any shift that has had a "running late" notification sent would then show on the dashboard widget. Would that work for you?
Jacob, We are not able to add features for just one agency, as that is not how our software platform is designed.
Jacob, thank you for this suggestion. Currently, that field is designed primarily for the purpose of Medicaid claims, and the locations we offer there are the only ones that Medicaid accepts. I don't know if it would be adviseable for us to add options there that might cause agency Medicaid claims to be denied.
You could use the "Client Type" field and put in whichever fields you choose. By default we present the ones below, but you can edit these in the Admin Settings>Client>DDM--Client

If you use the back arrow to navigate back to the list, you will keep your search criteria

weight is already a field on the main tab for the client. Do you also need it in the assessment? For now, until such a time that we implement this, you can add this data in the free-form text box on any page of the assessment.
