From the Time Tracking View, you can select multiple shifts and then bulk update the status to cancelled by client or cancelled by caregiver.

I believe that we have made the change, so only caregivers who DO have a schedule on the day will get the alert.  Can you please test and confirm?

I have asked if we can bring a more complete log history back to the schedules.

We are working on this task.  In the past few months, we have added that filter to several reports, and we will continue to add it to others over time.

In the Admin>DDM Client, you can create new document types.  Then, when you upload the document, you can select the correct type, and the caregiver will be able to see which kind it is.

You could add AM or PM to the name of the task.
