Admin Tasks

Josh Mitchell 11 months ago 0

Please implement where a list of tasks will show up on dashboard that are overdue so you can't just go past them. Also, when you put in reoccurring tasks, don't have it show up that you have that number total to do. If I have the same task every Monday and want to check it off, I don't want to see that I have 177 tasks on my dashboard, or it just doesn't feel important. I don't want to see that task until I complete the other reoccurrence or click not completing. My office staff don't seem to even bother looking at it anymore because it's not organized. And if you go to view all, and do the next 7 days, it is in the wrong order of what's due. I think if we could make them more visual on the dashboard, it would work a lot better!

Family Room

Allow a better visual for clients and their family members on the client portal to see the information they want to know right now. For example, in our old system they could immediately see tasks completed and notes caregivers entered. Currently, it is so condensed at the bottom of the Client Portal. Some may not check it every day, so they want to easily scroll through, not have to change the date. It just seems like the main dashboard could be better used, or have a different area that lists all the shifts every day with the completed task and notes!

Larger Scheduling View

Allow a bigger scheduling viewing screen. Currently looking at a whole week it is very condensed when on the Scheduling -> Schedule Calendar.

Custom Forms with Auto Populate

Josh Mitchell 11 months ago 0

The custom forms are great, I would like them to be able to use either the client's or caregivers information or even contacts information to auto populate. For example, if I am creating a discharge summary form with the custom form I have, instead of having to manually enter the Name, DOB, Address, Phone, etc., it auto populates based on which type of form we are using.

Ability to delete client records after 10 years (or automatically delete)

Karen Dubeau 11 months ago 0

Standard health records retention laws are to shred files after 10 years, and to delete digital data. Currently, there is only an option to make a profile inactive, but this status can easily be changed so that the file details are visible.  Need a way to delete the record, automatically delete it, or somehow lock it so only super admins can access

Weekly Care Summary Signature

Quiana Dixon 12 months ago 0

Hello,

Is there a way to have A:: clients populate in the Weekly Care Summary Drop down instead of selecting them one by one?  It is tedious.  Thanks

Please go back to the old version. This latest one is very hard to navigate and is somewhat confusing.

This latest version that was implemented yesterday does not add any benefit.  It is hard to navigate and confusing to read.  Thank you for considering.

Please add a delete or inactivate option to remove applicants from caregiver applicant list

Please add a delete or inactivate option to remove applicants from caregiver applicant list. Some caregivers have trouble submitting their application and end up submitting more than once.

Communication and Tasks

fps 1 year ago 0

.

It would be highly beneficial to have the ability to select specific recipients under the Communications section when adding comments or notes. For example, being able to share a note exclusively with a specific caregiver and management rather than all users.

Additionally, it would be helpful to have the option to upload photos or documents directly within comments or notes for better documentation and clarity.

Lastly, applying these same functionalities to Tasks would be valuable—allowing users to assign specific tasks to caregivers, management, etc., while also enabling document and photo uploads within tasks. Only those assigned should be able to view and access the tasks.
