In caregiver open shift request there should be a second option to decline. +Assign -Decline and even a automating email sent back to the person telling them that there request has been declined.

when we print the schedule for a caregiver it does not include the services they are doing. This would be helpful to include as some caregivers give multiple services.

Can we call the Training Module Log in Something other than LMS? Needs to be more clear where to Log in for training if possible

In Caregiver App it would be great if "Service Type" was included in the Shift. So when Caregivers are looking at open shifts they know what type of shift it is they are considering.

Can emergency contact be added to Client in the Agency APP. Some client don't have phone number. Only emergency contact.
