Thank you for adding your suggestion! Our enhancement roadmap is usually planned for at least 2 months in advance, though we are often looking for highly desired ideas (please vote!).
Any new requests will be considered by our team to determine their universal benefit to all our customers and then added to the roadmap based on potential impact.
Allow caregivers to add notes in communication log
Currently cg can add shift note but it does not show on communication log. Unless supervisor copy/paste note into log it gets lost with the passing of the shift. Allowing caregiver to enter directly (with supervisor approval) would allow documentation to be more complete and keep the information accessible.

Integrate with Home Care Pulse
Home Care Pulse has a healthy list of EMRs they integrate with and CS360 is not on there. It would be great exposure for CS. Also HCP holds regular webinars and if you are an integration partner they would love to host a webinar with you for additional exposure.
Make client signature optional by client
I would like my clients to sign off on visits, but some of them are not able to, so I would like to have the option to turn off that requirement by client.
Currently, we DO offer the option to turn this ON per client. You can leave the box unchecked in the office settings, and then check it for all clients who you do want to sign off.
Keep Expanded List
When expanding a list (caregivers to 100 for example), after selecting to edit 1 caregiver, when I go back to the list, it would be great to still have the expanded list instead of having it go back to the original 30, so I have to expand it again.
provide the ability to have multiple bill/pay rates within one schedule
In the case of long shifts, agencies may need to pay $XX for the first X hours of a shift and then pay a different amount for the end of the shift. They might even need 3 rates within 1 schedule. This would be something different from an OT pay.
Caregiver Assignment for individual schedule in recurrence.
Individual caregiver can be assigned to the schedules which are part of recurrence pattern.
