I suggest that the system sends out an alert to caregivers when there is a change to their schedules.

Notes and Tasks Date Range defaults to 1 day

Todd Crutcher 3 months ago • 0

When looking at Notes and Tasks every time you go to the Notes or Visit Tasks the date range defaults to yesterday to today. This is just unreasonable a user should not have to manually adjust these dates every time they go to the tab. The whole reason any user would go to this tab is to see the note history, so the first thing they are going to do is set the dates for as wide a range as they can. So why don’t you just do that for them.

The typical answer I see is “Well you can use the Tasks/Communication report”. This report also requires you to search for a date range and is also not practical. When there is something going on and you are trying to look at the charting history, searching by a date range is not practical and going to run a report is less practical.

In a clinical setting the purpose of the notes is to be able to look at the history. People do not go to these tabs looking for a specific note from yesterday. They go to this tab because they need to review the note history. So what they want is to see all the notes. What this page really should be displaying is all the notes in that client/caregivers profile, date range is not even needed.

If it is a page loading issue, then display the last 10 notes and have next/previous page buttons.

As designed it is cumbersome and not very usable.

60-Day search limit.

Todd Crutcher 1 year ago • 0

The New UI took a step back with the Client profile > Billing > Invoices tab. In the old UI you would automatically see all open invoices. Now you have to search for them, and you are limited to only searching 60-days at a time. There should not be any limit on the timeframe that you can search. This 60-day limit makes this tab way less functional and makes it way harder for someone to see a clients account status. This 60-day limit should be removed.

This same 60-day limit is being imposed on the Notes & Tasks > Notes tab, and both the SMS & Email Logs. This causes the same issues as above.

Allow us to create a Prospective Client with minimal information

Tim Cooke 7 years ago • updated by kate lewis 3 years ago • 2

Currently there are too many fields set to "REQUIRED" in the Prospective Client form. Please reduce the number to just a name and phone number or name and email. Sometimes that's all we have to go by.

Thank you for your feedback. We have minimized the number of required fields needed to create a Prospective Client.

Caregiver Type is not configurable, but Client Type is.

Todd Crutcher 3 months ago • 0

From a workflow perpective, right now the system is asymmetric:

  • Client Type
    • Fully configurable in Settings → Client → DDM
    • Supports multi-select
    • Used across scheduling, time tracking, and reports
  • Caregiver Type
    • Built-in field
    • Not in DDM
    • Not used for matching or reporting

There isn’t currently a parallel “Caregiver Type” field that agencies can fully control like Client Type. There’s no evidence in the system that Caregiver Type is used anywhere else.

  • It’s stored in the caregiver’s Profile Summary / General Information as part of their basic details.
  • It’s not a DDM field, so it isn’t reused across other configurable areas.
  • It’s not used for scheduling or matching - that’s driven by caregiver skills and client attributes.
  • It also doesn’t appear in caregiver reports (like HR, hours, skills, etc.), which use fields like skills, role, status, etc.

So in practice:

  • Used for: internal classification on the caregiver profile, but can't be configured.
  • Not used for: scheduling, matching, reporting, or filtering

It is a standalone label field, not a system-driving one.

This really should be a configurable field like the Client Type.

It would be great if we can have a chat feature for chatting with both internal and external team members.
