Date of Birth/applicant age information is not currently collected as part of our default application form. If you have additional information you would like to gather, there is a fully customizable Miscellaneous Question section where you can include those questions. Settings>>Caregiver>>Caregiver Applicant Form Settings>>Enable Miscellaneous Questions

Good afternoon, this change was implemented in our May 2022 release. You no longer have to choose a primary caregiver before you save your file. Thank you.

If a caregiver has a mobile number in their profile, you can now click on it from the Open Shifts Manager to send them a text message. 

Thank you for your feedback. This has been submitted as an enhancement request in a future update. As we explore the feasibility and time commitment associated with this enhancement, a timeline for this change may become available. 

In the meantime, if you would like to share the content of the task/communication, you can add the agency users as associated parties. They will be able to view, but not edit the item. 

The current workflow around the Prospective Caregiver profile is a carefully crafted one. Allowing the application to generate the profile actually saves the agency users time and effort.  Rather than building a profile and hoping the applicant fills in the blanks, the current process puts the onus on the applicant to provide a robust profile of themselves that can then be augmented via an interview follow-up.
