It is imperative that key documents for clients can be seen when using the agency app.

Payroll settings allow Sick, time, vacation time, lieu time to be added and tracked so we meet provincial and federal requirements in Canada. We cannot fully use the payroll function until this is an option.

It would be great to have the capacity to approve/decline time off requests

Our organization does upfront billing so for instance we bill Jan 1 for services to be received Jan 01 - 31st. It would be great to expand on the billing parameters to provide greater flexability
