I posted two different screenshots. I posted the second screenshot showing that if I don't select a primary caregiver then it doesn't allow me to save the assessment.

It is on the facesheet tab of the client assessment. About halfway down the page it has you select primary caregiver. If you don't make a selection then it doesn't allow you to save the assessment.
