On the schedule Calendar be able to click on the clients or caregivers phone number under their name and have the SMS conversation show the way it does in the dashboard widget

On the SMS log have the text wrap so you can easily read the conversation with out having to click on each message to see what it says

Change the Missed clock in Widget on the dashboard to show the "Missing" clock in and outs not just the ones that are "Missed"

In Time Tracking > Views when you switch the view to Missed Clock in, Missed Clock Out, Open Shifts Keep the Column Service Type
