Access to fill out forms and sign from the agency app.

It would be great if you could have access to client and caregivers forms from the admin app in order to fill them out, sign, or request signatures on the go. For example, if a nurse is completing an assessment at the patient's home, she would have access to fill out the form and maybe even collect signatures from the app on her tablet. 

At the same time, it would be great to be able to assign a signer and be able to host an in person signing from the same tablet rather then sending a signature request and the patient or caregiver have to sign from another device.
