same location travel time pay

It seems like the may be a bug not a feature request based on the language your software uses. It says you can pay caregivers between shifts for travel time by time, but it requires mileage. That doesn't make sense (see below - I want to pay for time between shifts). 

Currently I can pay my caregivers travel time between clients (this is paid by my organization not the clients). However, we have caregivers who are in the same building. We give our caregivers 15 minutes between clients to get to the next client.

Currently the only way to pay them is to know that they are in the same building (not obvious during the payroll process nor during scheduling all the time - especially with changes). 

We want travel time to be included in back-to-back shifts (as your software allows) but it seems to only do it if the addresses are unique. Perhaps you could add address 2 and if it's different include travel time pay - this could be an option to check in the travel time admin setup section?
