Feature Request: Secure In-App Calling for Caregivers to clients
I would like to suggest adding a secure in-app calling feature within CareSmartz360 that allows caregivers to contact clients directly through the platform without revealing their personal phone numbers.
This feature would be especially helpful in situations where a caregiver needs to reach a client while completing assigned tasks, such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, or confirming care-related details. Currently, caregivers often have to use their personal phones, which can result in clients saving their personal numbers and contacting them outside of agency-approved communication channels.
An ideal solution would allow caregivers to:
- Initiate calls directly from the CareSmartz360 app.
- Display an agency-managed or masked phone number instead of the caregiver's personal number.
- Prevent clients from calling or texting the caregiver's personal phone after the call.
- Keep all communication professional, secure, and within the CareSmartz360 platform.
This enhancement would help agencies maintain professional boundaries, protect caregiver privacy, improve compliance with agency communication policies, and provide a better experience for both caregivers and clients.
Thank you for considering this feature request. I believe it would be a valuable addition for home care agencies that prioritize secure and professional communication.
