Automatically creating an OPEN SHIFT in Admin/Agency phone app
In the Admin/Agency phone app, there's no way for a supervisor to create an OPEN shift when a caregiver cancels. I would recommend that an option be added that when a shift is cancelled, a pop up appears asking if you want to create an open shift with the same parameters. This option happens on the desktop version, so it would make sense to offer it on the phone app as well, especially since majority of supervisors are out in the field and not always at their desktop.
